Sela was founded in 1986 as a company specializing in the production of paving stones, curbstones,  combined flooring tiles, curbs and so on.

In 1996 the company expanded its area of activity to the field of underground concrete utilities, such as concrete pipes for drainage and sewage including sealed systems, control chambers for various types of drainage and sewage including systems protected from ground water, rain water receptacles, manhole bases universal processed bottom parts (premade trench Bancic cement), control trenches for communications including various types of Bezeq (phone company) cells, railway communication trenches (authorized by Israel Railways), iron casting, covers, various prefabricated elements according to the clients' requirements and measurements.

Our company is a well-recognized and certified supplier to major clients in the field of infrastructure and development including the Israeli Defense Ministry, National Roads Company of Israel, Israeli Ministry of Construction and Housing, Israel Railways, Israel Airport Authority and others. Based on this experience, the company has proven recommendations for its work in multiple projects (Road 431, Ben-Gurion International Airport, Road 6, Road 40 and others) across Israel for a wide and varied clientele.

All of the company's products comply with the Israeli ISO – 9001 standard and undergo meticulous quality control which makes sure that the client's requests – as unique as they may be – are followed.

The company also has a technical department developing unique and non-standard products and providing professional advice and technical solutions to its clients in all of the company's fields of expertise.
